Miami like you've never tasted it

A private tour through the city and through its flavors. No script: your pace, your taste, your Miami.

Don't just
visit Miami

See the city a different way: more personal, more relaxed, and a lot more like the real thing.

This isn't only about the famous stops. It's a private experience where sightseeing, food and local culture run together, so you get to know Miami and taste some of what the city is actually made of.

It's a tour for people who want more than photographs: they want to taste, wander, talk, and leave with something they'll still be telling people about.

Private

Just your group

No shared buses, no one else's schedule: I pick you up at your hotel and the day belongs to you and the people you're traveling with.

Tailored

Built around you

The route bends to your taste, your interests and your pace. Every group leaves with its own Miami.

Local

Real flavors

From a Cuban classic to the restaurants recognized by the Michelin Guide: the city told through what people eat in it.

The experience

What you'll
taste

The city and the table move together all day. This is what's usually along the way — the order and the pace we set together.

  • Culture

    Corners of South Beach

We cover the most recognizable part of the city, and also the corners that never make it onto a postcard.

  • Route

    Michelin Guide

I'll show you some of the restaurants recognized by the Michelin Guide: where they are, what got them into the guide, and which ones are worth booking for another night.

  • Flavors

    Food

Cuban sandwich, café colada, Argentine empanadas and more. The city told through what people eat in it.

  • Music

    Live music

Live music in Little Havana, where the music spills out into the street any afternoon of the week.

  • Sweet

    Desserts

The sweet stop on the route, and usually the one you're still thinking about the next morning.

  • Your call

    Whatever you add

Something you want to see, taste or skip? Tell me before the tour and I'll work it in.

None of this is set: the list is a starting point, not the final itinerary.

About me

Who's
taking you

I'm Fernando Trejos, and I've lived in Miami for seven years. This tour came out of something simple: showing people the city the way I show it to friends when they come to visit.

I'm Colombian, and a father of two girls. Back in Colombia I ran restaurants for 17 years, so food has always been my way of sharing and enjoying time with friends and family.

That's exactly what made me fall for Miami: the whole world fits inside it. In a single afternoon you go from a coffee to an Argentine empanada.

I don't do big groups or memorized scripts. I'd rather run a couple of tours a day, with room to talk and for every group to leave with its own version of Miami.
